Partners from Norway in Nowa Ruda

The Municipality of Nowa Ruda in the city is implementing a project entitled. "Mitigating the effects of climate change through the development of a green-blue infrastructure system in the City of Nowa Ruda" co-financed by the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area under the Environment, Energy and Climate Change programme. It is conducted in cooperation with the Norwegian company INTBAU. Due to the planned wide range of joint activities, partners from Norway were invited to talks in Nowa Ruda on November 26. The partners exchanged information on the scope of tasks carried out in the project. As part of the promotional activities, a presentation about Nowa Ruda was shown to familiarize the project partners with the character of the city and show its possibilities, including those related to future projects. The use of ecological solutions in projects was discussed. In addition to the hosts, the meeting was attended by designers, landscape architects and contractors. Modern solutions and the scope of cooperation were discussed. A joint conference was planned for 2023, which was also the subject of discussions.
